The team is from Igneous Property Development which is managed by Sean Mackay and Nikita Mackay. Sean has over 30 years’ experience in property investment and development and Nikita will be managing the full marketing process of the developments. Residence on North is fully NHBRC (National Home Builders Registration Council) compliant under certificate number 3000259490 and each unit is separately registered to ensure purchasers protection against any defects.

We are building a sustainable brand which we believe will disrupt the local development market and will be a safe investment for all, while providing a premium product to all new buyers.
